I have been in KK for exactly a week. I thought it was 2 weeks, but slowing down once in a while is good. I’m not complaining, just wondering. Time, continue to do your job. :)
Besides the BLISTERING hot weather and stinging sunlight, one good news to know - I have the car all to myself! My brother is out of town because his work. So the car is allllll mine :D I haven’t been driving to anywhere too far. Just the usual Kyrugma House, Damai, Lintas, Suria,…
I really wanna get out of this heat, but it’s too bloody hot. I’m so lazy to even go out and grab some food or drinks. But staying home with the car unattended is kind of wasteful since I don’t need to fight for the car from my bro.
I may seem to be more interested in other objects i own - my phone, watch, purse, etc - but ultimately this is the only item i treasure most. I’ve waited 18 years to get this baby. It’s just a tradition my mum does; when her child turns 18, she’ll give them a cross necklace.
I haven’t seen many of you post as frequently anymore, so we’re even.
Anyway, life has been fairly good to me. FOUNDATION IS OVERRRRRRRRR!! :D my exam ended last Thursday, and I came back to KK last night. What a sigh of relief to finally finish foundation SAFELY and peacefully. I’m sure some of you feel the same way when you first finished or achieved something that was so important to you.
It’s just foundation, but really, it’s a stepping stone to another bigger adventure. I can’t even believe that I’ll be entering into degree in 6 weeks time. Have I grown that much, that fast? They say time goes faster as you grow older. Can time just slow down just a little bit? I’m afraid I can’t keep up.
Speaking of time, coming back to KK feels so much more relaxed. KL is great, but once in a while you just wanna escape from such an overwhelming place. I’ve been living in KL for almost a year now. Besides the shopping and the eating, living there is quite difficult without a car. Yeah, there are public transports, which is pretty efficient. Yet sometimes you just wanna go with your own pace and reach a certain destination. Without a car there, everything is really hectic and rushed. Aside from transport, everything else is rather stable.
I really thank God for guiding me and protecting me all these while. Even though I’m not always faithful and patient towards Him, but He has always been there for me whenever I need Him, even during my rantings. I pray that He will continue to hold my hand and bring me forward in His footsteps, still guiding me through. :)
*wanted to put one of my ss pictures to end this overdue post, but I don’t have any latest ones, HAHA. ohwell.
